Streamable NeRFs (SMERFs) is/are the new concept of being able to reframe any user input or movement with a new high-fidelity Neural Radiance Field, on-the-fly.
Like a static NeRF, this is a full reprojection of all objects within a scene, with true depth perspective and recalculated lighting – the difference is that the user has a complete 6 degrees of freedom to explore the space, and the SMERF will redraw the scene as needed.
